Appointment Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. We appreciate your attention to the following policy:

In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you email us with as much advanced notice as possible (24 hours preferred). This allows us to offer the appointment time to another faculty member in need of support.

In the event that you will be running late for an appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may request that you reschedule for another time*.

We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you do not arrive, please reschedule for another time*.

*Please note that if you must reschedule, we may not be able to provide a same-day appointment due to other commitments.
