Appointment Requests

Submitting the meeting request form does not confirm a meeting date, time, or location. A DLIDS staff member will review your request and contact you by email to confirm your appointment details.

While we make every effort to accommodate your meeting details as requested, appointment dates, times, and locations may need to be adjusted to meet scheduling and operational needs. If any changes are necessary, DLIDS will communicate any updates as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative if needed.

Cancellations, Lates, and No-Shows

• Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you email us with as much advanced notice as possible (24 hours preferred). This allows us to offer the appointment time to another faculty member in need of support.
• Lates: In the event that you will be running late for an appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we may request that you reschedule for another time*.
• No-Shows: We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you do not arrive, please reschedule for another time*.

*Please note that if you must reschedule, we may not be able to provide a same-day appointment due to other commitments.
