The staff of the Office of Digital Learning and Instructional [Design] Services are wonderful colleagues, who are so patient, responsible, and knowledgeable. I am so impressed with the quality of care that they show me—and to our campus. From the email communications to us on a consistent basis to the individual attention they give, they exemplify such a high level of professionalism, at times, with light and humorous touches that indicate, to me, that they also enjoy what they do. They promptly answer emails. It is easy to set up an appointment with them. And, barring any other meetings among other commitments, they readily answer their phones.

Billy Biersack tends to be my touchstone there, and patience is definitely one of his virtues as I consistently ask the same questions over and again, which he answers in kind. I learn from him as I go, but he understands that I learn better by watching, so usually he’s the one “in the driver’s seat,” while I take notes. Even though I miss a step or two, Billy is always available to help me in such a timely manner. I am especially grateful to him for his help.
